While in Vista please provide us with a snapshot of you Disk Manager and post it here. You can use imageshack.us to host the image and use the thumbnail option for hosting.
Also look for your boot.ini, ntldr, NTDETECT files and copy them to both the C:\ and D:\ root directories.
Can you please provide a list of what is in VistaBootPro and when you find the boot.ini please provide the listing of what is in the file of boot.ini.
