The Help and Support service terminated with the following error:
The specified module could not be found.

Looking on Evente viewer -System, the event has the following data:
Source: Service Control Manager
Category: None
Type: Error
Event ID: 7023

I try diferent ways to solve this issue with no success.
- Repair Installation of XP do not work
- Copy of PC Health folder from another XP PC.
- Merge registry keys that are refered to Help and Support, from another Win XP pc .
- Reinstalling Help and Support Service using Dial-a-Fix
- Run FixWinXPHelp.vbs with no success
- Download and run HelpsvcFix.zip utility...

...so, and after any try , restart the PC and the same event error.

The simptoms is that the Help and Support Center does not start.
