ATI 770chipset and Nvidia 9600gt issues?

Hey guys, Im having a bit of trouble with my new rig, its seems that a fresh copy of XP after all the updates only lasts about a week before i get bluescreen errors device driver, then my windows firewall will go down and blam hacked!

I have the Asus M3A with EVGA 9600gt.....

MSI 785GTM-E45,Phenom x3 8750
seagate 160gb,400gb, 4GBxDDR2 800
On-Board Video (HD4200)
