I made a boo boo

Well silly me always playing around with OS's...so before I had my primary partition Vista and a logical XP...I wanted to try MAC OSX86 but it needed a primary partition for it to be installed...so I delete my vista partition and its all gone by accident...but thats not my worry, my worry is I cant get back into XP, I re-installed vista and from the vista boot-menu XP isnt there...I re-installed the ntldr files but when I try to boot XP the computer restarts so...
My main problem is I cant find/fix the windows XP boot to work with the main boot when I start my computer
