Putting the ProNetworks Headlines into my site
How do I do this? And if I can do this, can I use my CSS?

We do have RSS and XML feeds for all the news categories... I'd recommend you use them. And yes, you can then style them using your local CSS.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/Technology_ ... format=xml is an example.

You just need to create an XML Parser. There are tons of guides out there for doing this for news feeds. I used to have an example of one that took the PROnet feeds and parsed them and styled them some and such, but I can't find it If I do, I'll post it here, but I do have an example of one that I made for a different purpose here

If i find it, i will. If i can't find it, i may setup my server and see if i can get it working to attempt to recreate it.

I found it, but don't have a way to host the file so that you can see the output, but it should run for you and give you the output if you put it in your own PHP file. However, I can't post the code because the forum is basically ripping out everything due to phpBB's really, really strict filter that is still unfixed and should be removed from the code tag, but that's a different story. If you PM me your email address, I'll send the file too you and you can check it out.

I'm hosting the file on my Google Pages account/site. It won't show you the output, but at least you can download the file http://imnuts.googlepages.com/newspage.php
