Im trying to setup the member ranks at my forum.

There are three choices in the control panel:

Rank Title: Thats ok, i just say New Member for example.
Minimum number of posts needed: 10
Then there is Number of pips
(Or pip image): What do you insert here so it will show the image you want for that rank?
