OK. I updated the motherboard BIOS and it has made a difference. Now it's showing 3.50Gb of RAM. I know that windows sometimes shares the RAM with the graphics card. But, I have a nVidia GeForce 9600 GT which does not use shared memory it has it's own.

Any idea's why I'm now getting 3.50Gb and not 4Gb?

OK. Never-mind, it's now showing all 4Gb. Not sure what I did. It just booted up this morning and now its showing all 4Gb.

Cheers for everyone's help!
