Windows XP Home blue screen issue

Postby Lolita on Mon Jan 10, 2011 3:05 am

Hi,

I've experienced a few blue screen crashes in the last month and I was hoping someone could elucidate the last code I received when this happened. The code is as follows:\
BCCode:14
BCP1:00000003
BCP2:86CBD948
BCP3:86CBDABC
BCP4:805FA2F8
OSVER:5_1_2600
S.P.:2_0
PRODUCT: 768_1

The error report contained two files in my temp folder that contained WERde67.dir00 as part of the file name.

Can anyone make sense of this? I would appreciate any advice.

Thanks!

Try running chkdsk and updating your video cardand your sound card drivers, also check to see if maybe you have some kind of conflict showing up in Device Manager
