I didnt know which forum to post this in because theres no windows mobile forum so I just put it here. I hope thats ok ...

Anyways heres my problem...

I got a new job and im trying to sync my phone with the exchange server. I enter in the details for example server: exchange.us.domain.com, username: us\username, and then my password... But it keeps telling me im entering in the wrong credentials which im not because my info works on owa and in outlook just fine... Thanks for your help in advance...

I know my school has to add in a module for Windows Mobile and Blackberrys to sync.

I dont even know If anyone else uses windows mobile to sync there mail. Plus from what I know they outsource IT so nobody here will probably know anything about it...

Youwill need to find out if they have installed the capability to sync to mobile devices.

Well i know there running a black berry server so I assumed active sync was setup, and plus it connects to the server, it just tells me my infos wrong ... but it works in outlook, ill ask around . Thanks bro

I know it is ... I used to work IT and ive migrated a black berry server before, I just meant since they have one , I thought they might have active sync running too ..............
