Windows desktop search 3.0

I've downloaded office 2007 beta and whenever i open outlook it prompts me to download a search tool. So i start the download for windows desktop search 3.0 and it gets halfway through when a message pops up saying "access denied". Im unsure of why its saying this, i am logged in as an administrator. Is there any way to fix this or set outlook so it wont prompt me to install it?

Ok, I have tried and tried to install Windows Desktop Search 3.0. I have done everything as outlined in the Microsoft Bulletin but I continue to get the "Access Denied" message. It seems like a different registry subkey pops up on the log each time I try to install it. What am I doing wrong?
