It appears that someone from China leaked the Windows 8.1+Bing which MS will be released sometime this month?
Sadly the leak is in a WIMboot format so one has to do some additional steps to install & test it.

This W8.1+Bing was suppose to be a ultra cheap build for OEMs to install on their products.

Me too, if I Dl it I would most probably run it on a virtual PC too

Edit: The new version is only available to OEMs for preinstallation, and it may also be combined with Office or a one-year Office 365 subscription.

From what I've been hearing Windows 8.1 Update 2 will be available next Tuesday, August 12, 2014. Most probably the same way Update 1 was made available through WU.

Windows 8.1 works very good for me, boots faster than W7 & I have gotten use to the "Start desktop", the normal desktop is nice too though w/ the updated (rt. clk.) start menu ^*^

August updates for Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2

>snip<

With the above in mind, rather than waiting for months and bundling together a bunch of improvements into a larger update as we did for the Windows 8.1 Update, customers can expect that we’ll use our already existing monthly update process to deliver more frequent improvements along with the security updates normally provided as part of “Update Tuesday.” So despite rumors and speculation, we are not planning to deliver a Windows 8.1 “Update 2.”
