In Windows 7 one see all their desktop shortcuts/folders in background
In Windows 8 all one sees is the blank desktop background & no shortcuts/folders

I like it better w/ the blank background (I have a cluttered Win7 desktop).

I added the entries in the registry, but I dont' get the unlocked ribbon in Explorer, the first time because I am an idiot and can't read LOL

Created them in the correct locations and walla YAY (-:
