Win32 : Qoologic-T ... can't remove it!

Hold up... what scanner initially found it to be qoologic?

avast anti-virus

and i can't open up control panel in safe mode either...

What files did it say were infected? Just that 1 DLL? or were there other files associated with it? You have to somehow figure out where those files are, and delete them. If you cant do it in safe mode, you can load up the recovery console from a windows disc and do it via command lines like DOS.

i'm not a DOS man, so i wouldn't know what to do...

also, yes the only thing avast told me about was the .dll file(s)

Hmmm very strange...

BTW: the command for delete is delete. Say that what you wanted to delete was in the windows folder and called virus.dll, you would just use this command:

delete "C:\Windows\virus.dll"

And yea, check RRCinci's links up there to see if they help.
