Just take a quick look at what other people say about his foolishness. Even people I work with who are die hard republicans admit he's not the brightest guy to sit in the big seat.

He may not be the most intelligent man ever to hold the office but that doesn't mean he is dumb or of below average IQ.
He's been a very good leader despite his lack of speech making skills.
