What software to use? Dreamweaver

My website is done is CSS with very little graphics which makes it fast. this site is done in CSS, java and more.

Depends on what you want and trying to do.

My ISP offers a free web page space & the tools to add graphics (vavation photos), it was very fast.

Check your ISP they may offer it too.
