VISTA RC2 - No audio from Audigy 2 ZS

It appears that the drivers are installed OK, and the volume indicator shows varying audio level but not audio comes out of the speakers. What could be wrong. Note that there is nothing wrong with the speaker system.

Edit: This Windows Vista is 64 bit, RC2.
