vista freezes on building initial file

vista freezes on toshiba satelite on trying to build initial file :bashhead . I purchased the software only 24 hrs. ago.:-x Until this is resolved I can not proceed further. :sick I found solution to my problem . ^*^

Was this a download that you burned to a DVD?

Did you get a error message or any message, that you can post here what it was?

Is this a clean install on a partition you created or a clean install on a empty hardrive?

Is this a upgrade install from XP?

Did you let Vista format your Hdd?

*Need more info on the problem & your install setup.
