Please add details of programs and games that you have installed in Vista Build 5365 and that work. It will also be good to know what does not work and the effect they had on your system.

On an aside note... trillian installs... do not install Quicktime 6 though. It reports it has issues and then aero crashes. I did not take it further I just removed quicktime and will live without AV capabilites in trillian (not that I have used AV in about 3 years anyway :P )

I have opera 9 beta installed, ezTrust 1 yr trial thanks for the recommendation JP works great. Installed as admin ran the scan and no problems at all

Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion also installs perfectly, and plays just fine. Although you do need to disable the side bar before gaming otherwise it tries to show through the game. Will have to try disabling transparency too and see if that helps tweak the performance in game. I still need to make the adjustments on the game to get it to run well on my x700 but WOW

WinRAR and O&Odefrag appear to working fine as well

Great idea for a thread!!!

Works:

Adobe CS 2 Suite
Flash FXP
Music Match 10
Window Washer
Xoft Spy
Internet History Eraser
MS Streets and trips 2006
MS Mappoint 2004
Roxio Easy Media creator 8
System Mechanic 5 and 6
Ad Aware Pro

Ofiice Beta 12 is kinda quirky; I have removed it and put 2003 back on, and it works like a charm!

Doesnt work

Nero 7
Spybot S&D
