Since installing USB Pro I can't use my usb device. The device manager states: Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. To use this device, contact your computer manufacturer to obtain a firmware or BIOS update. (Code 35) This is a toshiba M500d server and I just flashed with the latest bios from Toshiba. Also it worked fine in Win 2K. Oh, and the mother board is a giga-byte.
