I get this message everytime I try to use an application I've just installed. Here's a screenshot:

From the screenshot, I am going to assume that you are using the ProjectWIFE (http://projectwife.codeplex.com/) library. Have you made any modifications to the source code or are you attempting to compile/run as-is? Also, what version of Visual Studio are you attempting to do this with?
