Unable to Install

When I double click the dualbootpro_1.0.0 it gives me the following error message:
"DualBootPro Cannot be installed on systems with .NET Framework versions smaller than 2.0"
Please help! I Installed windows XP on a new partition but I am unable to Boot my computer on Windows Vista in my first partition.

Install .NET Framework 2.0. You'll find it at Windows Update or just google for it

I was now able to install and I'm trying to figure out how to boot vista (installed in a different partition). Right now it only boots in XP
