Thank for all your help and patience with me we had to climb a few hills to get here let's hope we get good results.
I was looking at Freds folding, we could sure use some of those big hitters.

Oh, I omitted a couple of things in the guide. 
Kill your client, and restart it with the following command string './fah6 -smp -forceasm -verbosity 9'. Also, go into Vista's Task Manager, locate vmware-vmx.exe rght-clk/Set Affinity and uncheck Cores 2 and 3 and OK out. By doing these two things my production went up by %20!
