I have two drives, one had XP & ubuntu on it and Vista on the second one. I got rid of ubuntu, and then I was having issues with the grub loader, so I formatted the first drive completely, but it looks like the grub loader is on the second drive. So I put XP back on the first drive along with VistaBootPro 3.3.0, and now I'm trying to get Vista as an option to boot to. Any suggestions? It looks like everything is setup right in VistaBootPro with it pointing to the correct drives and what not.

Where are your boot system files (bootmgr and the folder Boot plus contents) for Vista Luie? They need to be on the drive/partition tagged (System) as per Disk Management. If you no longer have them there, then try a startup repair from your Vista DVD. You may need to run it twice.
Is the grub boot menu still present when you startup? You can get rid of it by running a fixmbr from the command prompt of either the XP CD or the Vista DVD depending on where grub is located.

Here is how the disks are listed:
Disk 1 - Windows XP E:\ System
Disk 2 - Windows Vista C:\ Active
bootmgr & the Boot folder are in the Windows folder of Vista. I don't have the original Vista disks with me right now and the only Vista disk I do have is the x64 version, so it's going be a month or so before I get back to pick the disks up so I can try the fixmbr method. The grub menu doesn't come up, so it has to be on the Vista disk which I can't get to anyway. Is there anyway to manually add Vista to the startup on XP?

You can copy and paste the two items I mentioned earlier to the root of the XP drive. Once you've done that, first try and reinstall the Vista Bootloader>All Drives using DualBootPRO at the System Bootloader page.

I copied the boot folder to the root of the XP drive and did the bootloader. It's still not working. I tried installing the vista bootloader to all drives, the system drive and to both the XP and Vista drives. I unplugged the XP drive from the motherboard and it says that the BOOTMGR could not be found. I am using DualBootPro 1.0.

If you unplug the drive tagged (System) you won't be able to boot to Vista. With both drives plugged in and with the XP drive set as the 1st boot HDD in the BIOS try running diagnostics from the menu item in DBP and please post the contents of Boot Information>All here so that we can see what's up with the BCD.

On the Operating Systems page of DualBootPRO, when you click on each entry there, does it show the correct drive letter?
Run Diagnostics from the menu item and then check again to see if the drive letter allocation to the boot menu items is still correct.

The drives are showing correct, both before and after the diagnostics check. I manually put them as what they were again, but it didn't change anything.
