They only do updates at 6hr intervals usually... so technically it could be and they wouldn't announce it yet.

It's rare for anything to form so quickly though.

CONFIRMED.... THIS IS DEFINATELY TROPICAL DEPRESSION 6... AND MAY BE UPGRADED TO A TS ONCE MORE DATA IS AVAILABLE.
