Geeeeeez that's far too hot for me. I couldn't live with temperatures as high as that. :no

You would be surprised......its not as bad when it is around 102-105 since there is no humidity, but yeah 117F is just plain crazy.

I've never experienced temperatures as warm as this in my life, but i'm used to having Winter temperatures of -20 and lower.

Las Vegas and Death Valley are 2 places that are a little hotter than Sacramento, but Sacramento set an all time record for high average daily temperatures in July. And it seems hotter now that it's August.

If you think its hot where you guys are at, try neing where I was. Middle of Iraq with 130+ degree weather. With blowing sand and dry as a bone.
