This movie stems a lot of questions. The time frames in it may be exaggerated, but the endings are not. They are reality. Humans aren't using their resources wisely. People throw away paper becasuse there are scratch marks on it. Waste...waste...waste...do your part and turn your monitors off when you don't use them. You can spare three seconds for it to come back on surely, and I'm sure your overworked monitor would appreciate it.
