We've been following the progress of Jieho Lee's <em>The Air I Breathe</em> for close to two years. It was one of my Top Picks from this year's Tribeca Film Festival, and earlier I posted <a href="http://www.pronetworks.org/forum/story92603.html" target="_blank">reports from the World Premiere</a>, <a href="http://www.pronetworks.org/forum/story92703.html" target="_blank">pictures from the red carpet</a> beforehand, more <a href="http://www.pronetworks.org/forum/story92728.html" target="_blank">red carpet pictures plus the Q&A afterward</a>, <a href="http://www.pronetworks.org/forum/story92652.html" target="_blank">video of the Q&A</a>, <a href="http://www.pronetworks.org/forum/story92645.html" target="_blank">answers to questions</a> about the film, more <a href="http://www.pronetworks.org/forum/story92669.html" target="_blank">answers to more questions</a>, and <a href="http://www.pronetworks.org/forum/story93139.html" target="_blank">an extensive review</a>.
Back in May it was announced that the film had been acquired for U.S. distribution by industry leader ThinkFilm. Then the waiting game began, and the rumors, and the speculation about when the film would see the light of day. So it was with great pleasure when we were finally able to report that <em>The Air I Breathe</em> will hit theaters on January 25, 2008.
A month ago, <a href="http://www.pronetworks.org/forum/story100048.html" target="_blank">some new large resolution stills</a> were made available, featuring stars Sarah Michelle Gellar, Andy Garcia, Forest Whitaker, Kevin Bacon, Julie Delpy, Brendan Fraser, and Emile Hirsch.
On several occasions recently, "trailers" have been circulated purporting to be official. While it would be nice to be able to post it, the official trailer has not yet been released by ThinkFilm. When it is, you'll see it here!
