Even TD13 (or what was 13) looks to be slightly better organized this evening.

The two new waves are both something to watch out for... they have good circulation and upper ATM isn't half bad for development.

I think there will probably be atleast one more major hurricane to make landfall this season, or atleast I would think so given the increased activity in recent years.

This is what NOAA/NHC says about tropical formation in the Atlantic.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
530 PM EDT TUE AUG 30 2005

FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

THE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE LOCATED ABOUT 1500 MILES EAST OF THE LESSER
ANTILLES CONTINUES TO SHOW SIGNS OF ORGANIZATION AS IT MOVES TO THE
WEST-NORTHWEST. THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME A
TROPICAL DEPRESSION OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AS UPPER-LEVEL
WINDS BECOME MORE CONDUCIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT.

THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION THIRTEEN ARE SHOWING SIGNS OF
REGENERATION ABOUT 850 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF BERMUDA. THIS
SYSTEM COULD BECOME A TROPICAL CYCLONE AGAIN TONIGHT OR TOMORROW AS
IT MOVES NORTHWARD.

It is expected that both of these will become Depressions including the remnants of TD 13.
