Kingston is supposed to be pretty good. However, I use no-name memory in one of my computers and Simple Technologies memory in the other, both of which work fine, so personally I would say try any cheap brand and make sure the store you purchase the memory from has a good return policy.

Kingston is quality, crucial is same but dearer, and Infineon (as mentioned earlier by PederLustzo) is equally as good but is even fairer priced!

That should have you roling for a while, those are the tree leader in the RAM contest, Samsung come close behind.

Rating those is going to depend very much on what kind of system they'll end up in. I use Corsair ram and won't be using anything else soon I suspect. Having said that Kingston is really doing well. They were and still are to some extent a budget provider but I think they definately make solid gear. Their HyperX line must be one of the bigger sellers out there. I have a mate who swears by Mushkin. If the most important factor is price then the least expensive of any of these offerings will probably do fine. If it's performance I'd go with Corsair or OCZ or Geil esp. if overclocking.

This review is a tad dated but I think it still holds true and identifies trends still relevant this year. Also it compares 4 brands all on your list:

here's one for faster ram:
http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/memory/display/ddr500.html the last page of that review has some interesting ram related links to other articles.
