ok so i need program that restores everything to to my restore point after reboot because its a public access PC any ideas, i prefer it would e a free software

XP and above have restore points, go to 'control panel. I have no idea of what you're talking about as restore points are created either by updates or you. Since it's a 'public' PC, I have no idea, maybe some malware on board?

Public access, its your own PC and you want to set a restore point prior to connecting and then just in case you may have gotten something you want to be able to restore back to the point before you connected to the Public access, is this correct.

Then do as Augie says, create a restore point prior to connectiing and then when you are thru, restore it back to that point

By public access pc i mean its a computer in the internet cafe allot of people use it and sometime they ruin the system so i need a program like "shadow user" that works only on windows xp to work on windows 7 so any sugdjestions ? Restore point is a no go because it has to restore everytime i reboot the computer .

a free version not a trial would be awesome if theres one available if not ill just have to buy one of the softwares
