Programs for TI-84+ Silver

Programs for TI-84+ Silver

Postby ar1stotle » Thu Sep 21, 2006 2:21 am

Does anyone know of a way to write a program in BASIC on my computer, then transfer it over to my TI-84 calculator? It just takes forever writing them in the calculator itself.

Any advice is appreciated!

TI has unfortunately not updated their GraphLink software to transfer programs to/from the new built-in USB or GraphLink USB calculators, so the process is a bit more complicated now.

First you will want the TI GraphLink <a href="http://education.ti.com/educationportal/appsdelivery/download/download_eula.jsp?cid=us&applicationid=161&softwareid=6471&contentpaneid=7&displayMode=F" target="_blank">software</a>, which you can use to write BASIC programs. Then you will need to use TI Connect to load the programs onto the calculator - I do not remember any specific details in that regard.
