Forgot to write about the earthquake yesterday. A strong one at 6,5 hit Andravida ( compared to Athens map )
4 people are dead by now and more than 100 are injured. Many houses collapsed and it is like there's a curse in that certain area. Last summer we had the fires in there and now earthquakes. A flood that occured during winter was considered expected.

My family is expanding LOL.

Maria is pregnant , it is a girl and we're expecting it on late September of early October so we're preparing for the new addition to the family. the first step was to move to a new appartment ( it happened last weekend ) and we're still in the process of putting things in place.

Nothing hugely serious has been going on in my neck of the woods, I must say. I've recently taken the upgrade test for MSCE 2000 to 2k3 and started looking at the MCTS certs myself. Been having fun upgrading all our servers from Server 2000 to 2003. Added a VMWare Server based around Windows Server 2k8 to assist in the process.

My wife is fine. She's been studying an electrical engineering course at college for around a year, now. It's funded by the company she works for as she applied for a new position as a project designer and got it. We've recently started, casually, looking for a new house but probably won't really think about it until next year, what with house prices being so high and the economy being the way it is at the moment!

LOL Dan....You delay that discussion a lot I see.

My experience with my first daughter that I had when I was 27 , compared to parents that had their first kid in the early 30's , indicates that you have less time ( and mood sometimes ) to spend time with your child.

I believe ( and you can use my saying above to convince her ) that you should go ahead and whisper a silent word in her ear... LOL

A bit sad today as I'm away from my family doing business in Thessaloniki and we lost 2-0 to Sweden for Euro 2008. Here's UEFA report : http://www.euro2008.uefa.com/tournament ... rt=rp.html . We're the cup holders since 2004 but we didn't play good today.

Not a good night as it turns....I just discovered that there's only a huge Toblerone chocolate. I don't like toblerone chocolates and apart from this , the one in the refridgerator is huge. It is good for two and a child people to eat.

Hehe, I'm not much of a sweets eater George, but that is nice chocolate. I also like ferrero rocher chocolate.




They just opened a smallish factory on a dairy farm they own nearby despite us trying to stop them because we don't want what is essentially an agricultural area turned industrial.

Ooh, someone mention chocolate? I only like the real dark stuff without any fancy fillers etc. Now my treat is some good %70 Lindt dark choco with a single malt whiskey.

Ferrero Rocher is a fine chocolate although you can't have more than two as your mouth gets too sweet.

Toblerone is nice but I cannot have more than one bite. I believe it is the caramel in it that spoils it for me although I like caramel ( ).

Augie I like these kind of chocolates too. But just for one or two bites. No more.

I enjoy a chocolate when it is a pure milk chocolate either with almonds or peanuts or even plain. But it has to be milk chocolate even if it is dark.
