Thanks. The "/rdr.cgi" gives me a "page not found" but the "guest:guest@" has interesting results. I need to play with it for a bit.
I'm still playing with kanaloa's suggestion as well.

are you trying to access /rdr.cgi from the website address, or the camera IP. i used the source IP, which is where the rdr.cgi file is stored.
http://guest:guest@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/rdr.cgi
where the xxx is your ip address to the camera.
