Yesterday (Wednesday 2/14/2018) Microsoft provided a new Redstone build to testers, this one is:
Insider Preview Build 17604, they haven't added the .rs5 to the registry "current version" info yet, ATM there it’s called: 17604.rs_prerelease.180209-1422

On Build Feed they are referring to it as: Version Redstone 5, in the MS Blogs (link below) they are calling it Redstone 5 also.

Today, we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17101 (RS4) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. We are also releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17604 (RS5) to Windows Insiders who have opted into Skip Ahead.

Finally a new Redstone 5 build ^*^

Microsoft provided a new Redstone build to testers today @ around 11 AM PT.

Today, we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17618 (RS5) to Windows Insiders who have opted into Skip Ahead.

Microsoft provided a new Redstone build to testers today @ 10 AM PT.

Today, we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17623 (RS5) to Windows Insiders who have opted into Skip Ahead.

This one also includes, as does the latest RS4 build:

Introducing High Efficiency Image File Format (HEIF) in Windows 10

The High Efficiency Image File Format (HEIF) has arrived for Windows 10 and the Photos app! HEIF is an image container that leverages modern codecs like HEVC to improve quality, compression, and capabilities compared to earlier formats like JPEG, GIF, and PNG. In addition to traditional single images, HEIF supports encoding image sequences, image collections, auxiliary images like alpha or depth maps, live images & video, audio, and HDR for greater contrast.
