Today (Thursday 8/31/2017) Microsoft provided a new Redstone build to testers, this one is:
Insider Preview Build 16353, they haven't added the .rs4 to the registry "current version" info yet, ATM there it’s called: 16353.rs_prerelease.170825-1423

On Build Feed they are referring to it as: Version Redstone 4, so I am going w/ that.

A new spotlight image was added today to this build, they are saved in the Windows assets folder & are added by Bing I heard. The assets folder has grown since I first installed this build.

The spotlight images are used in the windows 10 lock screen.

My google image search came up w/: Great Hornbill (Buceros bicornis) Bird
The spotlight image has several of these birds in it though.

Strange looking birds for sure.

Please note from the above Official Announcement link (I bolded for emphasis):

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a bug that causes PCs with AMD processors to bug check during upgrading to current builds, we are blocking PCs with AMD processors from receiving this build. We are investigating and working to fix so we can remove this block.
