Triple Boot
I am wanting to triple boot XP, Win 7 and Win 8. I dual boot XP and Win 7 now. All OS will be on one SATA drive with three partitions. I there any difference in setting up Win 8 vs. how Win 7 was set up with DualBoot Pro?

Re: Triple Boot
depending on your setup, and the order of installation, I would say no there's really no problem, if you already a have a dual boot, with a boot manager, the windows 8 installation should recognize the other OS's, and just add itself to that boot manager

Re: Triple Boot
I moved both of my system partitions to a new drive, so I could install Windows 8. Now I have XP, Win 7 and Win 8 all booting with the Win 8 Boot Manager (which is no good to start with). XP and Win 8, both boot normal. When I boot in Win 7, it finds that I have a software or hardware change. I set-up a new OS boot in DBP, and now it boots in Win 7, but not normal. It first loads with the scanning green bars looking for something before it finally boots in a few seconds in Win 8. What is missing in the Win 7 partition.?

Re: Triple Boot
Try a "startup repair" using your W7 DVD you may have to run it twice.

Re: Triple Boot
I ran "startup repair" from the W7 DVD, no repair was needed. I want to start over with setting up DBP. How is the best way to rebuild my MBR, so that Windows boots straight into my XP partition ?

Re: Triple Boot
Start DBP and go to the "System Bootloader" tab; place a check in "Windows Legacy" and one in "All Drives", and then click on the "Install bootloader" button, that should get it to boot to XP

DBP doesn't control anything it is a graphical editor
