value is either to large or to small for an Int32

I purchased a business license and downloaded and installed the software. I installed it in my XP operating system. It happens as soon as you startup the program. It is a net framework issue the software is having I assume. How do I fix this? Thanks

Install .NET framework, its a requirement of DBP.
I just installed DBP in Windows 8 & it asked if I wanted to install it, I clicked the "yes" button & it automatically installed .NET for me.

You can also add it as a "feature" in your control panel.
One can type in features in the CP search window (upper right) to find them if you having trouble.

This computer has 4 partitions; system(c:), local disk(D:) which is where XP is installed, OS(E:) which is where Win 7 Pro is installed, and then HP_RECOVERY(F:) the recovery partition. All on the one on drive. Is there something I can check for? DBP might not be looking in the correct place when it starts? Thanks

Is that your problem?
Take your Windows 7 DVD put it in the DVD drive & restart your PC, boot to the DVD drive & do a startup repair, you may have to run this twice.

You may have to tweak your XP boot.ini if this doesnt work.

On my desktop I hold down the F8 (F9 on some PCs) key to get the (hardware) boot menu.
