Dual boot Win 7 home premium and Win 7 Profesional
Is it possible to dual boot on two separate hard drives Windows 7 home premium on one drive and Windows 7 Profesional on second hard drive?

Certainly it is possible

Install Windows 7 in dual boot with Vista on a separate HDD
*just substitute Windows 7 for Vista in the guide.
