Invalid Win32 application
Hi,
I have just downloaded DualBootPro on a newly installed 64 bit, Window 7 installation - to regain access to previously used 32bit Vista on a separate HDD.
Downloaded DualBootPro sucessfully, but when I try to open or run it, I get the message:
dualbootpro_setup_11.exe is not a valid Win32 application
Help please!
Regards

Where did you download it from Barry? Are you sure that is the exact error message you got? I ask because dualbootpro_setup_11.exe does NOT appear to be a legitimate file name.
Re: Invalid Win32 application
Er - it was downloaded from the link supplied (but I note it is only 82K - so has e.g. ZoneAlarm Forcefield blocked something?
Thanks

That's possible, or the download stalled. We will get a new download link to you.
Re: Invalid Win32 application
Hi Barry, I'm going to email you a .rar file with the installation file inside. You'll need to use a free program like winrar to extract the file and install it. I suspect the download didn't fully complete for you due to the size of the file you noted.

Many thanks ... DulaBootPro now installed.
Equally important, once I had figured out where to start (couldn't find a 'how to start' entry in the help file) I can now choose to Boot from Win7 or Vista on separate hard drives.
Brilliant ..
Thanks again for your prompt help.
