Were you able to boot to Windows 7 x64 at any stage? It looks like the error you get is a driver signature verification error. Try booting to safe mode by hitting the F8 key repeatedly immediately after you've selected W 7 x64 from the boot menu. If you can then your installation is OK and you need to get a signed driver from Nvidia for your graphics card.

I Can Bootup using the repair disc only. Downloaded new video drivers does not fix the problem.

There is currently 2 OS(s) installed on your system.
The current boot timeout is: 10

Default OS:

Entry 1
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Microsoft Windows 7
BCD ID: {9f84d95d-b30d-11df-80f9-001bb985a07a}
Boot Drive: D:
Windows Drive: D:
System Bootloader: \Windows\system32\winload.exe
Windows Directory: \Windows

Entry 2
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Microsoft Vista
BCD ID: {current}
Boot Drive: C:
Windows Drive: C:
System Bootloader: \Windows\system32\winload.exe
Windows Directory: \Windows

That looks correct. Try rebuilding your BCD (boot configuration data) store by booting to your W 7 DVD and at the Install Now page go to Repair your computer and then select the command prompt from the menu that appears. At the command prompt type the following in the order given, without the * star sign:

* bcdedit /export C:\BCD_Backup
* c:
* cd boot
* attrib bcd -s -h -r
* ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
* bootrec /RebuildBcd

This will backup your BCD and then it will scan your system for valid boot information before rebuilding the BCD.

You can try to delete the Windows 7 entry using DBP and then recreate it again. Other than that I'd say if this was your first install of W 7, that you should reformat and install again and before that to delete all your boot system files (bootmgr and the folder Boot). Remember to back up your BCD and those files before doing so. When you reinstall W 7 it will find Vista and auto create a boot menu item for it.

By the way, before you do the above, where are the boot system files? They should be on the root of the Vista installation and there should only be one instance of them.
