Welcome Frankie Jr. to the World!
Born may May 30th, 2010 at 10:47 AM EST. IT'S ALIVE, IT"S ALIVE I SAY! Bwahahahaha!
Besides a crib, I'll be adding a Corsair Hydro H-50 cooler, an SSD like this Intel X25-V 40GB 2.5IN SATA2 SSD with TRIM support( I read this was important along with Garbage Collection). This will be perfect to hold W7 and always used apps.
This will eventually run with the CPU OC'd to some 4GHz and have 3 heavy GPU cards in there too, maybe even Fermi's. I might have to get a separate entrance box wired in when I go to a 1200W PSU and 3 GPU's plus my Q6600 with it running full tilt and a pair of OC'd 9800's. I'll have some serious heatware here!

I can't believe you are showing pictures of that, I mean totally exposed for all the world to see, put a case on that, this is a family oriented site after all

Seriously when I first started reading your set up, I thought you were talking about a real baby, well for like a micro second LOL.
I read the part about adding a crib, then stopped and thought you must be talking about one of your kids having a baby and you were going to get a crib for when you babysit the grandbaby, then I saw the pictures and read the rest of the post.
So are you going to use Frankie Jr to fold with?

Yup, this will be one folding monster as soon as I can get the SMP2 client going, it doesn't want to install. I'll leave it for tonight and start fresh tomorrow. Oh, I'll also OC the CPU when I get the Hydro H50 cooler.

Re: Welcome Frankie Jr. to the World!
Well, Frankie is finally in his case though I still have some work to do. I was busy OC'ing this CPU as running both my machines and the A/C was too much for my breaker! Going to have to get a new power line in here.
So, I've got it up to 3.78GHz after a long fight which turned out that my Dominators were being recognized as 1067's as opposed to the advertised 1600's marked on the box. This was due to the fact that the Dominators need 1.65V instead of the 1.5V it was getting. Thanks for making it clear Corsair. 10hrs. wasted because of that yesterday!
The Corsair Hydro H50 works like a dream. 50C as opposed to 70C and at only 3.3GHz for the 70C reading. If I remove the %100 load and the CPU is at idle, the CPU temps drop like a rock from 50 to 28 like in 4 seconds! A very nice solution for the weekend OC'r like me, no fuss no muss and easy to install with great results at a modest cost. Mind you it doesn't look as impressive as some of those huge air coolers but I like it's conservative look and use of space.
All that's left to do now is to OC it to the magical folding number of 4GHz+ and clean up the wiring before I take some pics and button it up!
BTW, I love having the on board BIOS reset button, the thing was a life saver!!!!!

Re: Welcome Frankie Jr. to the World!
Well, I decided to post one pic as the OC';ing to 4+GHz was not stable enough for my needs, BSOD'd after some 48hrs. At any rate, I'll stick to 3.78 for now and start buttoning up the case. The CM Sniper case gave an option to flip the PSU's air intake down as there's a vent there.
The cooler needs adjusting too as those hoses will hit the side panel. Besides that, all that's left to do is zip-tie up all the extra PSU cables and duct tape them to the side.
Some nice touches to the board for OC'ers, reset, power and most importantly an onboard BIOS reset button. The LED is nice too when a boot fails and when everything's working properly, shows the CPU's temp. BTW, the 61C temp you see is at full 8 cores being pinned.

LOL no, that's the second rig in my sig. The i7 930 has 4 physical cores and HT so I have 8 virtual cores to play with for folding as that can use all 8 threads.
