Postby shonkyboy » Sat Nov 21, 2009 3:47 pm

Hi - i have just purchased dual boot pro on reccomendation and installed it. I need to be able to run Vista and XP (my soundcard for music will not work in vista) I currently have Vista insalled AND several hard drives . i want to install XP on another hard drive - but there are no instructions anywhere in the help file to tell me how to do this - not that i can see anyway. How do i use your software to do this please - and what are the steps i need to take? :confused

Keep all drives plugged in and keep your HDD boot priority order so that the boot files of both operating systems are always on the drive tagged System as per disk management. Follow this guide and you should be fine whether installing to a partition or to a separate drive:

Let us know how you go or if you have any questions.

There's just way too much info and way too many system configurations to include everything in a help file, hence the forum.
