Dual Boot or external HD

Dual Boot or external HD

Postby go42wirenutz » Tue Nov 17, 2009 5:22 pm

Hello,
I have a "new" Vista 64bit OS. I have a work program that is only written for 32 bit sys.
So, My questions:
1. Can I run a Vista 64bit AND an XP Pro32 bit off of a single SATA drive and is it worth it ?
2. Or should I just add an External HD with XP 32 bit installed and run off of this. Some of the people I know say this method would just run "slow as hell" ?
Again, remember this is just for one program, but I make a lot of $ off of it.

Any 2cents would be appreciated

Thanks,

Have you tried installing it in Vista 64? It has a "Program Files (x86)" folder for 32-Bit programs.
