I'm Baaackk! As is the X2
I want to see my actual production for each machine so I have temporarily moved my X2 to another team for a week or two so's I can tweak each machine properly and separately. I want to see real world results as opposed to predictions. It might be that I'm wasting my time too. I dunno ATM.
The X2 'Will be Baaack'!

Re: I'm Baaackk! As is the X2
Ya well, so much for my experiments. Sigh. I should have just stayed here. Still, I learned a bit about the new VMWare 3.0 player RC. I really have no idea of why it works on my quad and not touching my GPU production but kills it on my X2!
Oh well, I am at least getting an extra 1K PPD from my quad now with the RC. Oh, and this is my main machine, no delays at all!!!
EDIT: Geez man, 24 views??

Bah I totally forgot about this... I need to get my E4600/Radeon 4830 back into the fold (pun intended I guess).

Hehe, everyone uses that phrase so Brian 'Welcome back to the fold'. It's a shame that Stanford hasn't improved the ATI side of GPU folding, You've got 640 stream processors VS my 216 which is what folding uses and my card kills yours in PPD. I read a few months back that someone is developing a wrapper for ATI cards so I hope it comes out soon. Get your hardware working properly!
