Daemon Tools Problem

I have problem I can't run Daemon Tools I received this message "this program requirs at least Windows 2000 with SPTD1.53 ot higher Kernal debugger must be activated"

It sounds like the release of Daemon Tools you have is incompatible with Vista. What version number are you using?
Daemon Tools 3.47 (0.5 MB) is recommended HERE.
CAUTION: Note that site indicates that version 4+ has spyware embedded.

am using 4.30
it was working before
I heard before that Daemon tools has spyware with it
