SBS 2003 Outlook & Roaming Profiles

Postby SmokeYou » Sat Jul 18, 2009 8:11 am

Hello,

I am trying to set up a network. I am having issues configuring their outlook. They use outlook 2003 on a hosted exchange server. The user needs to be able to keep her outlook personalized customizations to be able to have everything the same on any computer they use within the domain. I was thinking about roaming profiles but i am not sure if that will roam with it. I wanted to use roaming profiles anyways but i was wondering if the user is logged in at more then one location if it will cause a issue? I was also thinking about hosting outlook from the server via assigning applications in the client computer section of server manager.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am used to enterprise server and this sbs stuff is kinda new. Outlook is just confusing to me.

Now I do not use the Outlook at school but I do have the roaming profiles and etc. My students can log into multiple computers in my lab and it is not issues.
