problem with running recovery disc creator

I have a Toshiba Satellite computer. On my computer there is the possibility of making a recovery disc by clicking on the program "Recovery Disc Creator". For this to work you need administrator privileges. So I start the software with said administrator privileges and a faint dialog pops up saying "please wait" and then it dies :question

. nothing happens. I went to the Toshiba website and downloaded the program and reinstalled it thinking that might help but same problem. Please advise.

You will have to call Toshiba direct on this issue.
