hello, i need a little help to buy a new motherboard with a limited budget. could anyone please guide me about these two mobos.

i'm not a gamer but i play games occasionally, with one of the above board i'm gonna buy intel pentium dual core E6300, xfx geforce 9600gso 384mb, kingston hyperx 2gb. thanks, waiting for reply. and please also tell me which mobos are best, Intel or Asus? thanks.

On a purely personal level i think the DG35EC is the better of the two.
I have an Intel DX38BT that i installed last week and am very happy with it but it is not the cheapest on the market.

I personally would go with the P5Q board on warranty alone, most ASUS boards have a 3 yr warranty.

I also like the ability to adjust settings, that you won't be able to with the Intel board

thank you guys for helping me out, two out of three goes to asus and one to intel, i guess most users prefer asus mobos then intel. thanks again for replies.
