Anyone get the Conficker Worm?
I almost forgot about the Conficker Worm, had anyone heard of anyone getting struck by this this thing?

Not me, anyone who's upto date with their OS and anti-stuff should be OK. Man, I believe MS put out a patch last Oct. so the most vulnerable will be pirates and even then, MS might not have even put a WGA restriction on it.

I haven't noticed anything yet on my home PCs..
My work IT Manager posted this in the company news on how to check if you are infected...

One way of ascertaining whether you are infected is to try to access security websites such as www.mcafee.com, or www.symantec.com. If those sites are blocked, chances are your computer is infected.
