Do a 'dir' command to see what's below in the tree.

You have to find where your folder is and then navigate there using the cd command which means change directory. As you can see, your FOLDING folder is not there.

Check that you have 2 cores enabled in your VM setup.

It appears to be running but it has not asked for any details (name/team number) or does it take those from the host machine?

You're folding for team 0 ATM. That's weird that you didn't get the setup screen. Kill the current folding process, then type in ./fah6 -configonly and enter your info.
